Product Return and Replacement Policies

Product Cancellation Policy:

  • In case, if you want to cancel your order due to some reason, you can cancel your order before it dispatch, we do not charge any amount from you. You need to inform us immediately about your order cancellation via email at: support@theuniquesurprise.com or Call/WhatsApp: 8975547073 (Mon-Saturday/9 am – 9 pm)
  • You cannot cancel the order after it has been dispatched/delivered. If you want to cancel the order after it has been dispatched/delivered, you only need to pay the shipping charges. Remaining amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days, from the date of cancellation of the order.

Product Replacement Policy:

In case, if you find any defect in the received product, you can ask for replacement within 24 hours of date of delivery of the product which has following terms and conditions.

  • You must notify us via email within 24 hours of date of delivery of the product.
  • Product can be replaced only if the item is defective/damaged or item is not as described.
  • Replacement of product is depending on the availability of the same product in stock.
  • Products will be replaced within 7 working Days.
  • We do not charge any amount for product replacement.
  • Amount will be refund only if the product is out of stock. For online paid customers, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account.
  • Bank account details will be required for COD customers. Amount will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
  • Delivery charges need to be paid if you return/cancel the product after dispatched/delivery.

Following Products will not be considered under the replacement policy:

  • Products which has been used/installed.
  • Request placed after 24 hours from the date of delivery, will not be considered or eligible for replacement.
  • Products are damaged due to customers misuse.
  • Customized products and products within offer.
  • Any product without its original package including the box, tags and other accessories that included originally with the product delivered.

Note: Please do not accept the package, if the packaging is tampered or damaged before you open the packet, simply return the package to the delivery person.

  • All products are strictly scanned under the security of CCTV cameras by the team before delivering it to the respective customer.
  • In case if any product is returned under above mentioned policy and if found fake or fraud, legal action will be taken against fraud customers for faulty complaint.
